1. Services

We provide social media marketing services (followers, likes, views, comments...). These services are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or any other platform.

You are responsible for using our services in line with each platform's rules. Platforms may remove part of the engagement, and we are not responsible for any action a platform takes on your account.

2. Orders

• The account or post must stay public during the whole order.
• Double-check your link before ordering. You cannot change or cancel an order once it has started, and orders placed with a wrong link are not refunded. If we cannot complete an order, it becomes Partial or Canceled and you get a refund (see section 3).
• Do not order the same service for the same link before the first order is completed.
• Start times and speeds are estimates and may change when a service is busy.
• We never ask for the password of your social media accounts. A few game top-ups (like eFootball) need your game login: this is written clearly in the service description before you order.

3. Balance & refunds

• Funds added to your account can only be used to order services on this website. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
• If an order is not fully delivered (Partial or Canceled), the unused amount is automatically refunded to your balance, usually within 24 hours.
• Any dispute or charge-back after funds are added will lead to a permanent account ban.
• Bank and cash transfers are added after the receipt is verified. Any fake receipt leads to an account ban.

4. Refill guarantee

Services marked Refill are guaranteed for the stated period (for example 30 days). If the count drops during this period, use the Refill button on the Orders page. Services without Refill are not guaranteed against drops.

5. Subscriptions & game top-ups

• Subscriptions (Netflix, ChatGPT, Spotify...) and game top-ups are delivered by hand on WhatsApp, by email or directly to your account, within the time written in the description.
• Each subscription is guaranteed for the period written in its description. If it stops working during that period, open a ticket with your order ID and we replace it.
• No refund after delivery if the account works. Changing the password, email or plan cancels the guarantee.
• A top-up sent to a wrong ID or username that you entered cannot be refunded.

6. Forbidden use

You may not use our services for illegal or abusive content, or to harm other people's accounts. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms without a refund.

7. Changes

We may change prices, services or these terms at any time. Continuing to use the website means you accept the changes.
